Be found.
Get booked.
Most local businesses are good at the work and invisible online. I build the site people can actually find, and the assistant that answers it while you're busy doing the job.
That button isn't a form. It's the same assistant I build for clients — ask it what your site would cost.

What I build
Three things, and they only work together.
Websites that get found
A fast, mobile-first site with your prices on it, built to rank for the searches people in your area actually type.
- Locality and occasion pages
- Google Business Profile rebuilt
- Reviews and schema wired in
- Loads in under two seconds
Assistants that answer
An AI assistant that reads an enquiry, works out what the customer wants, prices it against your rate card and replies — at any hour.
- Qualifies the enquiry
- Sends an itemised quote
- Runs on WhatsApp or your site
- Drafts follow-ups you approve
The system behind it
One screen showing every enquiry from new to booked, what's gone quiet, and what's still unanswered.
- Pipeline from new to booked
- Cold-lead alerts
- Social and review drafting
- A monthly report that means something
Sound familiar
You probably don't have a marketing problem.
You have a plumbing problem. The demand is already there and already searching — it's leaking on the way to you.
Enquiries sit unread
Most come in on WhatsApp while you're mid-job, and get answered hours later. By then they've booked someone else.
Nobody can see your prices
So people who would happily have paid never message at all, because they can't tell if you're ₹3,000 or ₹30,000.
An aggregator outranks you
Search the exact thing you do and a platform comes up first, takes the enquiry, and keeps a cut of your job.
Your listing is half-built
Wrong primary category, four photos from 2021, and reviews nobody has replied to.
Quiet leads stay quiet
There's no list of who went cold, so nobody follows up, and that's usually where the month's money went.
Your site assumes a laptop
It was designed on one and tested on one. Your customer is on 4G, one-handed, in a lift.
The work
Five stars from 45 customers. Nowhere to send anyone.
A decor studio in Bengaluru with a perfect Google rating, open twenty-four hours, and no website. Search the exact thing they do and four national aggregators come up first — platforms that take the enquiry, hand it to a business just like theirs, and keep a slice for the introduction.
So: a site with their prices on it, an assistant that answers and quotes at any hour, and a pipeline that flags anyone who has gone quiet. Built end to end in a fortnight.
- 20s
- enquiry to priced quote
- 24/7
- answered, including 2am
- 2 wks
- brief to live
- Site, assistant and pipeline, built end to end
- Prices published, WhatsApp on every screen
- Google listing rebuilt and wired to the site
Business identity replaced with a placeholder — this one hasn't gone live yet.

Not one template
A clinic and a supplement brand should not look like each other.
Every one of these is a real page you can open, not a picture of one. Same engineer, 6 different design languages — because the design is an argument about the business, not a wrapper you pour it into.
Bengaluru
Clothes that don't announce themselves.
Twelve pieces a season, cut in Bengaluru from handloom cotton.

Same section, four studios — palette, typeface, spacing, corners and alignment all move together. That's what makes two sites feel unrelated.
Open the full boutique siteAnd each one built out properly.
6 working pages, not pictures of pages. Open one and scroll it — two of them are built to show what a page can do when it moves.
Fictional brands, built to show a look. Yours would be designed around what you sell and who buys it.
How it goes
Three steps and a fortnight.
Most of the two weeks is waiting on content from you, so it moves as fast as you do.
Forty minutes
You tell me what you sell, who buys it, and what you charge. I look at how you show up online today.
- What you sell and who buys it
- What you actually charge
- A look at how you show up today
Two weeks
I build the site and the assistant, put your photos and prices in, and fix the Google listing. You see it running before you pay the balance.
- Site built, your photos and prices in
- Assistant trained on your rate card
- Google listing rebuilt and linked
Then it runs
Enquiries land, get answered and get quoted. You approve follow-ups from your phone and get a report every month.
- Enquiries answered and quoted
- Follow-ups drafted for you to send
- A monthly report that means something
What it costs
Prices on the page, like I'd tell you to do.

Talk about itIn every build, whichever you pick
- You own the domain, site and code
- Google Business Profile rebuilt
- Mobile-first, under two seconds
- WhatsApp on every screen
- Your real prices, published
- Handover session and written guide
Starting points, not a menu — the number moves with how many pages you need and how much of the content I have to make. Three-month minimum on the retainer, because local SEO doesn't move faster than that. Cancel any time after, one month's notice. Ad spend is paid by you straight to Meta and Google, never through me.
Questions
The ones people ask first.
- How long does it take?
- Two weeks from the day I have your photos, your prices and access to your Google listing. Most of that fortnight is waiting on content from you, so it moves as fast as you do.
- Do I own it?
- Yes, all of it, from day one — the domain, the site, the code and the Google Business Profile stay in your name. If we stop working together you keep everything and I hand over the logins.
- What if I already have a website?
- Then we start by working out whether it's worth fixing or replacing. Sometimes it's a day of work on the Google listing and the speed, and you don't need a new site at all. I'll tell you if that's the case.
- Does the assistant message my customers on its own?
- It answers people who message you, instantly. It does not message anyone out of the blue. Follow-ups to quiet leads are written for you and sent only when you tap send — your reputation shouldn't depend on a bot's judgement.
- Do you only work in Bengaluru?
- That's where I'm based and where I can turn up in person, which matters for photos and for getting the Google listing right. The work itself is remote-friendly, so if you're elsewhere, message me and we'll see whether it makes sense.
Next step
Send me your Google listing. I'll tell you what's wrong with it.
No charge and no pitch — I'll look at your listing and your site if you have one, and send back the three things I'd fix first. If that turns into work, good. If it doesn't, you still have the list.
