What this site does with what you type.

When you type into the assistant, your message and the few turns before it are sent to OpenAI, which generates the reply. That is the only place your words go, and it is the only third party involved anywhere on this site.

I don't store those conversations. There's no database behind the assistant — the messages exist in your browser tab while you have it open and nowhere else. Close the tab and they're gone.

OpenAI keeps API traffic for a limited period for abuse monitoring under their own policy, which I don't control. So treat it the way you'd treat any chat window on the internet: don't type anything confidential into it.

If the assistant is busy or the daily budget is spent, it answers from a set of written rules instead, entirely on my server. Nothing leaves at all in that case.

Your business name, the trade and the mood never leave your browser. The whole design is computed on your own device — there is no request to send.

The only exception is the button that opens WhatsApp with a summary already typed. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp yourself.

There is none. No analytics, no advertising pixels, no cookies set by this site, and no third-party scripts other than the font files.

Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means Google's servers see the request for the font file, as they would on most of the web.

The server keeps a short-lived count of requests per IP address in memory, purely to stop someone scripting the assistant and running up a bill. It is not written to disk and it is discarded within the hour.

If you message on WhatsApp or email, I keep that conversation the way anyone keeps their messages — so I can pick the thread back up. I don't add you to a list, and there is no list to add you to.
